FREE heart screenings

You can get a FREE heart screening on Saturday, February 19th at Healthy Hearts, sponsored by CMC-Union and Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute. You will get free blood pressure, cholesterol and peripheral vascular disease screenings.Screenings and educational sessions will be offered from 8 to 11 a.m. in the CMC-Union Outpatient Treatment Pavilion located at 600 Hospital Drive in Monroe, North Carolina.
