Spring break activities at NASCAR Hall of Fame 4/16/11 – 4/30/11

(Photo from Nascar Website) NASCAR Hall of Fame 400 East Martin Luther King Boulevard April 16th, 2011 – April 30th, 2011 Do you live in the Charlotte area? NASCAR Hall of Fame has some activities planned to give kids a "break from the ordinary" during their spring break. Each student who visits receives a coupon for a FREE child's ticket (valued at $12.95) good for a return visit between June 1 – Aug. 31, 2011. Activities include: • Pit Crew Challenge: Students can compete as a member of a real pit crew racing to jack a car, change a tire and add fuel. • Hard Card Challenge: Visitors can see if they can make the grade by answering trivia and earning points at eight different interactive stations. • Qualifier Challenge: Rookie racers get behind the wheel to test their driving skills. • Scavenger Hunt: Guests navigate through the Hall using clues to uncover a secret message and relay the message at the end of their visit for a special prize. Students can compete for a variety of prizes in each challenge and then check-in at the prize redemption booth to collect their winnings.
