I went to my local Target today and these were priced at $1.07 but when I got to the register, they rang at .77 and when they scanned the coupon, it gave me the full $1 amount off the coupon (so .77 plus .23 overage to go to other things) but keep in mind not all Target stores do this. Some scanners will automatically adjust the price down to what the product actually costs and other stores may not accept the coupon if it is for more than the price of the product. Example if a product is priced at .80 but the coupon is for $1, they may not let you use the coupon.
