FREE Hungry Jack Pancake Mix at Target?

There is a Target coupon for $1 off Hungry Jack Pancake Mix or Syrup. Some Targets have these 7oz pouches of Hungry Jack Easy Packs of pancake mix for $.99- so free!  I can’t say I ever pay much attention to pancake mixes so these pouches could be a new product.
