Local: Strawberry Picking

 

Strawberries are now available for picking at Hall Family Farms. They will be open every day until at least mid-May from 9am - 7pm. I missed out on the chance to do this with the kids last year so hopefully we will be able to do it this year. They have added a new maze, horseshoes, and a large sandbox for families.  They have placed all of their kids activities and their picnic area on one side of the farm so you can have a plesaant family experience in one spot.  Their hayride is longer, their fields are bigger, and their sales tent has grown!  


Their prices are:
U- pick strawberries - $2.09/lb
Pre-picked strawberries - $2.99/lb
Slushies - $1.50 (8 oz) and $2.50 (16 oz)
Hayrides - $3 per person (only ages 3 and up have to pay)

So stop in and check out their new activities, enjoy some old ones, grab a slushie and say hello!
