Strawberries Sorbet Lollies







Makes 4 lollipops
It's easy to make your own ice lollipops using
fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice. You can also
make two color lollipops– half strawberry sorbet
and half fresh squeezed orange juice.
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 9 ounces of strawberries, hulled and cut in half
  • 1 medium orange squeezed
Directions
Put the sugar and water into a saucepan and boil until syrupy (3-4 minutes). Allow to cool. Puree the strawberries and sieve to get rid of the seeds. Combine the strawberry puree, syrup and orange juice and pour the mixture into Freshfoods™ Fill & Freeze Pops.
