UPDATE: I just printed this coupon and noticed that it said it is not good on liners. The coupon they had earlier in the week did not list this so I was able to use them on the liners. I apologize for that but if you were able to print this coupon earlier in the week, it does not have that restriction listed on it so you should be able to use that coupon on the liners.. 

The Kotex liners are under a dollar at Walmart and Target. I picked up some from both locations this week.
