Slow Cooker Honey BBQ Chicken

This looks yummy. I think I might make this this weekend for the family. I already have the chicken breast on hand from a previous Harris Teeter sale. FYI - Harris Teeter 2.5 lb of Boneless chicken breast is b1g1 FREE this week. You don't have to buy both. You can buy one and it will ring at half price. I think these bags normally run for about $10 so if you got one bag it would be about $5 and they normally give you about 4 or more nice sized breasts in each bag (depending on weight of each so just enough for this recipe.)

Slow Cooker Honey BBQ Chicken

4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1/4 butter, melted
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup bbq sauce

Put the chicken in the slow cooker.  Mix the melted butter and remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours. In the photo the chicken was shredded after it was finished cooking and mixed back in with the sauce before serving.

(Thanks Home Matters for the recipe and photo)
